Cal Poly Innovation Village

Innovation Village provides a comfortable work environment for employees and tenants who locate within the business park. The project encourages a free flow of communication between University students, faculty and tenants. The park features heavily landscaped settings with pedestrian trails and outdoor seating that compliments the surrounding University. Its architecture reflects both enduring institutional qualities and cutting-edge features for the interest of future generations. Innovation Village  is comprised of 3, 3-story buildings at 120,000 SF each, totaling 360,000 SF.
