Alhambra Warehouse / Logistics and OU Offices

The new 62,000 square-foot Data Center and 23,000 square-f00t equipment yard is a design-build project that creates a best-in-class building that integrates into and co-exists with its surrounding environment. This project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and will add over 15,000 square feet of data hall, with a full build-out load of 2400 kW. The building design looks to celebrate sustainability and energy efficiency in its placement, technology, and sustainable design.
