This 11-story project will be the largest ground-up commercial data center project in South Korea. Designed to meet fast-growing demand from local and international cloud providers, as well as other high power density applications such as hyperscale, large digital media, and enterprise deployments. Constructed in two phases; the first phase will consist of core and shell/TI and the total IT load of 60 MW. The ground floor will include a lobby, customer service areas and other support and flex spaces. Levels 2 through 11 will include data halls with supporting Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure and the roof will contain three levels of mechanical equipment on a steel platform. The facility will also have 3 subgrade levels that will house water tanks, substations, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
