Victor is experienced in a wide variety of A/E responsibilities from design development to project and construction management. His project experience includes retail, mixed-use, commercial, educational, transportation, institutional, public works projects, and telecommunications facilities. He has been responsible for preparing and coordinating construction documents, and has provided construction administration on various projects. Throughout his career, Victor has been interested in computer technology and has implemented it to full advantage in everyday activity.
