Shiva is a self-motivated, forward-thinking professional with experience working on a board range of industrial, retail, and residential projects. She is involved in all phases of architectural design from initial programming through design and construction and management. She brings 12 years of experience in the US and Italy to her role at AO. As senior job captain she supervises the development and coordination of consultant drawings throughout the life of the project, from schematic design through construction. Shive prides herself on effectively combining both artistic vision and mathematical skills in a creative manner, with empathy for great design.
