David has amassed over 28 years of experience in design, documentation and project management for healthcare and pharmaceutical, industrial, master planning and commercial projects. His healthcare experience includes that of OSHPD, DOD, and VA large-scale projects, while also encompassing more specialized undertakings such as bio-chemistry laboratories, chemical storage, and animal research facilities. In recent years, David served as the lead project manager for a multi-phased, seven-hundred-million-dollar healthcare project for the Department of Veterans Affairs that required creating over one million gross SF of new construction in addition to facilitating demolition.
