This new ground-up Tier 3 colocation data center facility located on a 1.5 acre greenfield site will be constructed in multiple phases at approximately 15 stories and 408,000 SF. The interior fit-out includes 100,000 SF of data hall spaces with cabinets of 5Kw-8Kw, offices, and supporting spaces. The facility will have an ultimate connected load of 20MW . The electrical design includes block redundant distribution with 2N PDU, UPS, and N+1 generator redundancy. The mechanical design utilizes an industry-first in data center cooling – the StatePoint™ Liquid Cooling (SPLC) system. Revolutionary StatePoint technology makes cooling the data center more efficient and minimizes the PUE of the facility.
